Shipping and Returns
All production and custom knives are shipped from Budapest, Hungary, within the European Union. Shipping fee is calculated during the order process, and it is the cost of the buyer.
GZ Custom Blades are shipping worldwide with trusted couriers, and we provide tracking number for all orders. Shipping Insurance is optional, on buyers request and cost. We are unfortunately unable to take responsibility in case a package gets lost or damaged during the shipping process, but we all do everything in our power to recover and minimize the possible damage. (Our favored couriers: GLS, FEDEX, DHL, UPS)
Buyers may require paying customs and import fees, depending on the location.
Shipping time depends on the location. We at GZ Custom Blades do 2 shipping days on an average week for multiple orders. Therefor our processing time may go up to 0-4 days, depending on the time of the year and week. We are not Amazon, nor a factory, but we do our really best to provide fast shipping and ensure fast delivery to all of you.
Personal appointments may be an option, reach out to us, and we may can solve it.
We do accept returns! If you do not like what you get (which never really happened so far) we always happy to take it back. The only condition, the knife has to be in an untouched factory condition. If you fail and rip out the knife on the first, try and scratch the Cerakote or break the shipping box we will apply a restocking fee upon return and inspection. This cost will be deducted from your original purchase.
Return Shipping is buyers responsibility.
